1. About us

This website, analysiscaoche.com ("the Site"), is operated by LOFRA LTD, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17274428 ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order through the Site you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before purchasing. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our products

We sell digital educational guides and e-books in downloadable PDF format. Current titles and prices include:

  • Information Systems 101 – The Complete Guide — €1,000
  • Computing – The Complete Guide — €500
  • Comprehensive Guide to Developing — €250
  • Comprehensive Guide to Cloud Systems — €100

All products are digital. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, contents and prices are displayed on the relevant product page and may be updated from time to time.

3. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where payment is not authorised, or where a product is listed in error.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of purchase by debit or credit card via our authorised payment processor. We do not store full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Delivery and access to digital content

Our products are delivered electronically. Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to download the product file (PDF) via a link shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address you provide. Once downloaded, the file is yours to keep — there is no expiry and no subscription. Please ensure your email address is correct; we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or spam filtering. If you do not receive your download link, contact us and we will resend it.

6. Your right to cancel (consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel a purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content once its download or streaming has begun, where you have given your express consent to begin and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right to cancel.

By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download has begun. Where you have not yet downloaded the content, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund by contacting us.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a download has begun, except as required by law. We will, however, provide a refund or replacement where:

  • the product file is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described; or
  • you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same item; or
  • you cancelled validly before downloading (see section 6).

To request a refund, contact us at lofraltd@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, quoting your order number. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

8. Licence and acceptable use

When you purchase a guide, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, publish, share, copy for others, or make the content publicly available, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

9. Intellectual property

All content in our guides and on the Site — including text, design, graphics and trade marks — is owned by LOFRA LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

10. Quality of digital content

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these Terms limits these statutory rights.

11. Our liability

Our guides are provided for general educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, technical, financial or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

12. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at analysiscaoche.com/policies/privacy-policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The current version is always available on the Site.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections of your country of residence.
